JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate hiring managers around talent policies, processes and tools to enable adequate understanding and manage their expectations and experiences professionally
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition requirements and discuss and enable solutions for their needs swiftly
- Continue to innovate to come up with ideas and ways that radically simplify the candidate and hiring manager experiences and help with faster and high quality talent acquisition
- Manage experiences at both ends i.e. candidates and hiring managers, to ensure customer-centricity continues to be a focus throughout the process
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Talent Acquisition policy, process and the application tracking system
- Manage the end to end talent acquisition process for the assigned areas including understanding and articulating the role profile, shortlisting and assessing candidates and offer placement in line with our rewards philosophy
- Educate and engage the hiring managers around building diverse and inclusive teams allowing enhanced perspectives and productivity
- Develop an understanding of the Jazz policies & processes and ensure that your stay is compliant with Jazz values and ways of work
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensuring smooth candidate & line manager experience
- Redefining Talent Strategy and process to improve Quality of Hire and to reduce time to hire
- Rethinking policies and processes enhancing experiences for line managers and candidates
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent Database Administrator
- Analytical Skills
- Flexibility to adopt assignment
- Microsoft Office
- Application tracking system
